This Dynamic Expansion workshop highlights "moveable cinema", a practice of expanding the experience/sensation of visual perception while in motion. As well as the practice of following the sensorial potencey of one's own craniosacral rhythm and moving in sync with it, and with others.

Production news
In November every one everyone toured to Echo Echo Festival of Dance and Movement in Derry, Northern Ireland which was very sucessful. Indeed a great space with comitted dancers between the ages of 20-74, and Steve Batts directing this amazing place on "The Walls" of a 400 year-old walled city.
every one everyone has been invited to be presented Ottawa (Hauptstadt in Kanada) in June as a part of Series Danse, hosted by ODD (Ottawa Dance Directive) and artistic director Yvonne Coutts. ODD hosted a creation residency of the work in 2013, it's a unique space with a vibrant program.
Development of the new production of "Moveable Cinema" -working title (a practice that has evolved inside my dance teaching practice Dynamic Expansion) continues. We are happy to be working with co-operation/partner Tanzfabrik-Berlin, the Oxygen Arts Centre in Nelson B.C., Canada, where there will be an artist residency with workshops and performancs in June 2015. We are sourcing and attracting other interests to realize the work for winter 2015-2016.

Warm congratulations to Amy Bowring and the Dance Collection Danse in Toronto. In December, during a brief visit, a group of us managed to catch the closing of an archival presentation of 40-Years Dancemakers (a company I danced with from 1994-2006). Among us were Susie Burpee, Peggy Baker, Lori Duncan and Caroline O'Brien (costume designer), all of us former artists who at different times were part of Dancemakers, amazing to meet in the present, view archives of the past and speak of our futures. Heilpraktiker Course
Alongside production, teaching, and dance projects, I am studying for exams in that take place in the Spring 2015. As a "Heilpraktikerin" it will enable my work as a Craniosacral practitioner to be certified as 'complimentary and alternative medicine therapy' in Germany. The course is intensive, rich in information and all-encompassing. It expands the palette of medical knowledge and how work with Western (Schulmedicin) Medicine in partnership with nature, and natural healing practices. (Naturheilkunde)
A retraining grant from the Dancer Transition Resource Centre (DTRC.ca) Toronto, Canada with whom I have been a member since 1994 has made this parallel training possible. I am very grateful on several levels for their presence and commitment in my processes over several years. They do exceptional work in providing many types of support for dancers in transition. Recently in Germany the Stiftung Tanz-Transition Zentrum Deutschland, (stiftung-tanz.com) was founded, they offer different modes of support then what I know from the DTRC, and address the German dance scenes. I fully support and recommend such organizations in their work to support dancers.

CRANIOSACRAL Practice
Craniosacral sessions have many benefits for wellness including: deeply easing stress, deep rest for the nervous system, increased vitality, unwinding of unwanted habits, and increased general well-being. Craniosacral also has many benefits for Health including; improved eyesight/vision, reduced acute pain, rehabilitation in the neural field, learning disabilities, gross and fine motor problems, developmental delays, autism, headaches, tinnitus, TMJ syndrome, stress disorders, trauma and neurological conditions.
I work co-creatively with each client, some themes and issues are resolved in one session, some in 3-4 sessions and others over time.
Berlin Practice days are Monday and Friday afternoons (with exceptions).
